Cancelling an order - Only orders that haven't left the fulfillment center can be canceled. To cancel an order, view the order details in My Account >Orders> Select Product> Cancel. If the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, then you can refuse to accept the delivery and send it back to the courier partner.

A refund will be generated after the product is received at our fulfillment center.

4. Damaged Product - Any damage claims are to be filed within 24 hours. Whenever you find that the product that you have ordered is not in the right condition, you must inform us immediately.
